Q4: What is the warranty time for your products? If any is broken, what will I do?
A:3 years warranty for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange a new replacement to you free of charge for broken items.
Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products for special applications?
A:Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce as per customers' requirements. For example, different length, diameter, different voltages, and higher lumen efficiency of led, IP Class, etc.
Q6:Can you share a full product file when needed (spec sheet, IES file, HQ photos of product and application)?
A: yes,we have a laboratory with test equipment so that we can provide IES.and we take HQ products picture and application scenarios for you.
Q7: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T, West Union, and Paypal.
Q8: What kind of shipping methods do you use?
A: Sea/Air, and International Express ( 3-7 working days delivered): DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, TNT .
